Product Review- Rain Poncho
I would had love to actually gotten my hands on this item. Whereas I never received the item that they were going to send I will still give a review on my interactions with the seller.
The item was shipped in a timely manner and everything seemed to be going well whilst tracking. I received an email saying that the item could not be delivered and it was sent back immediately to the facility. This had nothing to do with the saler and everything to do with USPS. They did not leave me a note saying they had tried to deliver or any other notification that they had been on my doorstep. I never had a chance to pick the item up from USPS.
I did however reach out to the seller and let them know what was going on and they referred me to reach out to another section to try and get this resolved instead of helping me further. If it was something that I desperately needed I would had gone on to reach out deeper in their company. I also would had done further research but I agreed to a certain time restrain to check out this item and leave my thoughts on it. I have run out of time and never received the item or the help to resolve the issue. I feel like things would had gone differently if I had more resources.
