Love Letter 6

 To the older man, 

My, My, How am I to explain this? I don't think there is really any way to do it. Let's go ahead and get your age outta the way. You are over 30 years older than me. Yeah, over 30. 

It sounds weird, crazy even. But that's never bothered me. 

You have always made me feel special and welcomed...most of the time. You were not a fan for my rebellious stage. You refused to stand up for me and that hurt a little. It was a time in my life where I needed to learn to stand on my own two feet and figure out who I was and what I liked. It helped that someone else did though. It made me believe that we all have things that we have to do to get where we need to be.

You are always excited to see me and give me a hug. I always look forward to it when I know we're going to be there the same day. 

That is all.

I like kind people and are drawn to them. You make me feel special. There is nothing more than that there.
